When pushing the quick connect fitting onto the tubing ensure that you have pushed the tubing in far enough that it has depressed the o ring and sealed the fitting.
Follow these steps to check the quick snap connections.
Pull the trigger to drain out any water that still remains in the hose.
Before beginning to remove the sprayer and hose assembly turn off the shutoff valve under the sink.
Reinstall the cartridge making sure thatthe key is fully engaged with the slot in the brass body.
The white retainer and o ring were most likely displaced through installation and removal of the quick connect hose connections.
Be sure the hot side marking on the cartridge is facing toward the right.
Reinstall the cap on the cartridge.
If you have quick snap connections and experience leaking at the connection points quick snap may not have been properly installed.
Pull the cap from the cartridge androtate it 180 degrees or one half turn.
Removing the old sprayer hose.
Removethe sleeve bonnet and cartridge.
If the fitting is only pushed in past the collet and has not created a seal water will be able to bypass the collet s teeth and exit out of the fitting.
The exact repair part will depend on the model and age of your faucet.
Make sure the water suppliesare turned off.
Reinstall the cap on thecartridge.
Unscrew the slide nut that holds the spray head together.
